Blue flag beachCala Agulla beach

The beautiful beach Cala Agulla is situated a little north of Cala Ratjada.

The beach in general
Cala Agulla is beautifully surrounded by pine trees and mountains.

The beach is about 500 metres long and 50 metres wide. The sand is almost white and fine grained. The light blue and turquoise water is crystal clear.

These conditions make Cala Agulla very popular and the beach can be crowded, especially in July and August.

Parking is possible close to the beach, unfortunately it cost 5 Euro.

Child friendly
Fine sand and fairly shallow water, however the space for playing is somewhat limited during the high season.

Water sports
Pedal boats and sometimes a few other activities.

Beach restaurants
One restaurant and three beach bars which serve refreshments and sandwiches.

The resort Cala Ratjada
Cala Agulla is situated close to the little town Cala Lliteres, which is only a kilometre from the centre of Cala Ratjada.

  Cala Agulla map
A very good satellite photo of Cala Agulla in the northern part of Mallorcas east coast. The colurs of the sea is beautiful.

The small town Cala Lliteres starts south-east of Cala Agulla and to the south you will find Cala Ratjada.
