S'Arenal de sa Ràpita - Mallorca

Sa Rapita ist ein kleiner Fischerort an der Südküste von Mallorca, ungefähr 11 Kilometer von Campos.

Sa Rapita gilt immer noch als Geheimtipp und ist eine gute Ausgangsstation um das wahre Mallorca kennen zu lernen.

The beach in general
The beach of sa Ràpita is named S'Arenal de sa Ràpita. The beach stretches 1,1 kilometres from the port in sa Ràpita to Ses Covetes.

The 25 metres wide beach has fine grained and almost white sand. The water is crystal clear and has beautiful shades of turquoise.

S'Arenal de sa Ràpita has the same characteristics as nearby Es Trenc but by far not as crowded.

Visitors arriving by car can park by Club Nautico in sa Ràpita. Some parking spaces are for free, others cost 3 Euro for a day.

Child-friendliness
A perfect beach for children. Shallow water and plenty of space for playing.

Water sports
None but good conditions for windsurfing.

The resort sa Ràpita
Sa Ràpita is a small quiet village. There are only a few hotels but the number of holiday homes are increasing.
 

Es Trenc, the most popular beach in Mallorca, is situated south-east of Ses Covetes.
