Die Blaue FlaggeSa Coma beach - Mallorca
Deutsche Übersetzung folgt...

Sa Coma is a modern resort on the east coast of Mallorca, just a little south of Cala Millor. These two popular resorts are only divided by the peninsula of Punta de n'Amer.

The beach in general
The beautiful Playa Sa Coma is almost one kilometre long and pretty wide. The water is very clear. Sometimes it is possible to spot dolphins from the the beach.

Behind the beach there is a traffic free promenade which is partly in the shadows of the palms and pine trees. The promenade stretches its way all down to Cala Moreya south of S'Illot.

Child friendly
The fine grained sand is good for children and although the beach is very popular it usual offers good space for playing. Shallow water.

Water sports
Pedalos, windsurfing and scuba diving.

Beach restaurants
A lot of restaurants, cafés and bars along the beach promenade. Many of them are owned by British who moved to Sa Coma.

The city behind the beach
Sa Coma is among the most beautiful resorts in Mallorca. One of the reasons for this is that it is a relatively new resort.

Besides hotel entertainment there is not much evening entertainment in family resort Sa Coma but the more lively Cala Millor is only a few minutes away in a taxi.

The main part of the tourists visiting Sa Coma are from Britain.
