The beach in general
Playa del Rey is beautifully situated deep inside a rocky cove
surrounded by a pine grove.
The 30 metres long and 15 metres wide beach offers fine-grained white
sand and very shallow water.
Facilities include loungers and parasols. However, if you don't
want to pay for a parasol, the pines offer natural protection
against the sun.
The fine-grained sand and the very shallow water make Playa del Rey
perfect for families with children.
A beach bar is offering refreshments.
Resorts close to the beach
The closest resorts are Magaluf to the north and the more unknown
to the west. Both are located some 6 kilometres from Playa del Rey.
