Illetas
(or Illetes) is situated about 10 kilometres southwest of Palma de Mallorca,
between
Potals Nous og
Cala Major.
The beach in general
Platja d'Illetas is the
largest of three beaches in Illetas. It is
beautiful situated
inside a small bay and surrounded by a large number of threes, which
almost hides the many
hotels.
The beach is
about 200 metres long and 50 metres wide. Part of the beach is
equipped with sun
loungers for rent and massage is offered in a small clinic in the
back of the beach.
The parking facilities are very
limited in the streets close to the beach.
Child friendliness
In terms of child friendliness the sea is about average, but the
space for playing is limited during July and August.

Pedal boats.
Beach restaurants
A restaurant with modern decor, which
also serves as a beach bar, in the back of the beach.
The resort Illetas
Illetas is an exclusive resort in the vicinity of Palma de
Mallorca. Most of the hotels are four or five star hotels.
It is one of the most beautiful resorts
in Mallorca with exclusive restaurants and nightclubs.
