The beach
Cala Anguila is situated in the small resort Cala Romantica on the
east coast of Mallorca. Three kilometres southwest of
Porto Cristo.
The beach in general
Cala Anguila beach is only 50
metres long but no less than 120 metres wide.
The beach is beautifully located in a
small cove with cliffs on both sides of the water. Only a few
buildings are visible from the beach.
The sand is fine and the turquoise
water is crystal clear. An amazing view as you can tell from the
photos.
Parking is for free but there are a
very limited number of parking spaces. It i s possible to park the
car in the streets and walk the last stretch.
Child friendliness
Very good space for playing in the back of the beach. The water
is not particularly shallow but it is still okay for children.

Beach restaurants
There is a restaurant close to the beach.
The resort Cala Romantica
Cala Romantica, which also is referred
to as Cala Mandia, is a small and quiet resort. The development
started in the beginning of the 90's and the share of private
holiday homes is higher than average in Mallorca.
